  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and deliverables, to ensure the successful industrialization of new products.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, sales, strategic purchasing and supply chain teams, to align on project requirements and objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or risks, and implement proactive measures to keep projects on track.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the industrialization process.
    • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely sourcing and availability of required materials and components.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards and procedures throughout the industrialization process.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving:
    • Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables and develop mitigation plans to address them.
    • Proactively address production issues, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot problems that may arise during the industrialization process.
    • Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control throughout the industrialization process.
    • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to monitor expenses, track project costs, and maintain financial accountability.

ProfileExpected
Points

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in industrialization or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of industrialization processes, manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Language Skills: fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Computer Skills: Good command of MS Office including Power Point,
  • Driving license (Category B), readiness for business trips (mainly within Europe)
