PAYER Group: Change in management

After almost 15 years working together, the PAYER supervisory board and the CEO of the PAYER Group, Mr Rob Bekkers, have decided to end their long-term business relationship at the end of May. Different opinions on the future direction of the PAYER Group have led to this outcome.
The supervisory board would like to thank Mr Rob Bekkers for his many years of service and contributions.
The new interim CEO of the PAYER Group appointed Dr. Knut Konzelmann as Managing Director as of today. Dr. Knut Konzelmann is Senior Director of the company Alvarez&Marsal in Munich. He has gained more than 15 years of experience as a CEO and COO in a wide range of companies and industries. In the coming weeks, he will work together with Rob Bekkers on a proper transfer in accordance with regulations.
The new CFO of the PAYER Group, Mr Walter Lassacher, was appointed a couple of weeks ago. He and Dr. Knut Konzelmann will together form the new management team of the PAYER Group.
