We aim to maximise customer satisfaction by offering the highest levels of quality in every area of our business. This requires process security accuracy and precise documentation of all processes in order to achieve reproducible results.

 

Our sites use ISO 90001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and other management systems, with the aim of:

  • Maintaining product and process quality
  • Helping to preserve the environment
  • Protect employees’ health and safety

 

Our high-level quality management includes regular reviews. Trained staff are responsible for ensuring that these systems are continuously developed and improved, and our factories undergo regular customer audits and recertification by accredited external bodies.
