Toolmaking

Our toolmaking department in Hungary employs over 75 highly skilled tool and mould makers, who produce complex precision tools for plastic injection moulding, aluminium die cast and punched metal applications. They are supported by an experienced tool design and construction team in Austria for specific internal and client product development projects.

 

Toolmaking services include:

  • Mould flow analysis
  • Multi-component tools using turning, index plates or rotary table technology
  • Precision tools
  • Multicavity tools (including direct injection)
  • Tools for optical parts (PC, PMMA, etc.)
  • In-mould decoration tools
  • Metal composite tools
  • Aluminium diecast tools
  • Cutting, bending and embossing tools, blanking and progressive dies 
  • Prototype tools (approx. 1000 x 1000 mm)

 

Our ultramodern machinery combines efficiency with maximum precision, and we can make tool inserts up to around 1,000 x 1,000 mm.
