The core element of all hair removal products is the cutting system, which determines the appliance’s overall performance and is directly responsible for customer satisfaction. Cutting performance is measured using such criteria as the ratio of metal to plastic, the precision of cutting angles, tooth sizes, distances between blades and holes, and contact pressure. Over the years, we have continued to develop our know-how in the design and production of water- and dustproof electrical products. We now have a high degree of specialist expertise in plastic parts design, metal/plastic compounds, dual-component technology, in-mould labelling and surface treatments. Our international pool of design specialists develops tailormade solutions for all types of product groups and components, with concept and product development being carried out at our Austrian headquarters and at the Hungarian and Chinese sites.

Our highly qualified tool designers and builders use complex injection moulding tools and cutting dies for series production and prototype tools for our development departments.

Cost-effectiveness and top quality are priorities, whether the product is a dual-component tool, a plastic-metal compound or a high-precision tool, and in-house design, production and procurement minimise costs and time to market.

Production efficiency is our top priority in maximising cost benefit. Parts are made at low cost at our sites in China, Hungary and Ukraine, using highly automated and flexible machinery. Our international structure means we can produce items in Europe or Asia, depending on your requirements.

The flexible, fully equipped assembly lines at our factories in Hungary, Ukraine and China mean we can handle small and large production runs with equal ease. We carry out all final assembly in-house, including ultrasound welding, punching, glueing, soldering and screwing. Our sites in Hungary and China ensure that final assembly is carried out at low cost while maximising logistical efficiency, and we use flexible working hours to cope with major demand-led and seasonal fluctuations.
